Our Case Managers are the first point of contact for customers. Whether that be by telephone, correspondence, or live-chat, you will play an essential part in ensuring that outstanding debts owed to our clients are collected fairly and professionally.
We are looking for both part-time and full-time Case Managers to join our exciting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of case files, ensuring file progression and offering customer support
- Negotiating repayment terms or settlement options
- Responsible for managing our portfolio, with a focus on fair customer outcomes
- Making challenging decisions; escalating and monitoring cases through the legal process
The Ideal Candidate
Prior experience of working in the debt recovery industry or a contact centre would be beneficial
- Being an active listener with excellent communication skills and having a clear telephone manner are essential skills. Alternatively, someone with experience of writing concise, customer focused correspondence
- Confident in decision-making
- Have the ability to set priorities and work under own initiative
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious
37.5 hours working week over 2 shift patterns (for full-time employees, part-time hours TBD):
- Week 1 Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 16:30 | Fri - 08:00 - 16:00
- Week 2 Mon - Thurs 09:30 - 18:00 | Fri 09:00 - 17:00
