The purpose of the Letter of Claim is to encourage engagement and is sent to you under Pre-Action Protocol (PAP) requirements.
The Letter of Claim explains our position and gives you the opportunity to contact us to prevent any court action from taking place.

If you have received a Letter of Claim, please do not hesitate to contact our office as soon as possible, as this may prevent any legal action from taking place.
If you ignore the Letter of Claim, legal proceedings may be issued against you, without further notice. If proceedings are issued, fees and costs will be added to the balance.
We would like to avoid this course of action if possible and urge you to contact our office as soon as possible.

If you are unable to speak to us by telephone, you can complete a financial statement on our website here or on the Restons Mobile App. Alternatively please complete and return the financial statement that accompanied the Letter of Claim with confirmation of your repayment proposals.
We will aim to respond to you within five working days to help you set up your payment arrangement.
